Wind farms can be integrated into farmland with little disruption to farming activities, a wind farm can work in harmony with farm life. We strive to position turbines near existing access tracks or field boundaries, reducing land usage and minimizing any impact on agricultural operations.
Wind farm installs
Wind farms are relatively straightforward to install, typically consisting of wind turbines mounted on foundation securely anchored into the ground. The wind turbines are spaced far enough apart to allow for continued agricultural use, such as grazing, beneath and around them, with minimal disruption to farming activities.

Is your land a good fit?
If our assessments indicate that the site has potential, we would usually look to enter into a short exclusivity period while we negotiate the terms of an Option to Lease. Once the terms are agreed upon, we would enter the Option period, during which we would prepare and submit a planning application for the proposed development. If planning permission is granted, the Option would be exercised. Once operational, the development would generate a reliable, long-term income for the landowner for up to 35 years.
At the end of the development’s operational life, all infrastructure would be removed, and the land restored to its original condition.
